Gang wars mean that two gangs fight each other and have the authorization to shoot at each other without a set ultimatum (Shoot on sight). This implies everywhere except safezones.
To start a war against another gang your gang leader must challenge a gang by starting a thread in this category with the template mentioned below. This challenge must be accepted by the challenged gang's leader and by an Admin.
If there are any internal war rules they disregard the normal rules and regulations. This under the assumption that the internal war rules have been approved by an Admin.
